Goal: The project seeks to enhance SMEs economic development and promote sustainable and inclusive growth by harnessing the great potential of entrepreneurs in the country.

Activities: To design, develop and deliver an intensive 1-week action-based programme in e-commerce, followed by implementation support through online coaching.

This included:

  • Developing, localising and delivering a custom 5-day in person e-commerce training and action planning to enhance digital presence and online business models

  • Conducting small in-person group coaching and virtual individual 1:1 coaching for planning, implementation support and troubleshooting

  • Delivering 1:1 virtual online coaching

  • Conducting a train the trainer one day session and virtual online sessions with 30 trainers.

Results: The training and coaching took place between July and November 2022 with 30 SMEs and 30 trainers.
